Job Description
Managing building maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.
Co-ordinating with external contractors and suppliers.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Overseeing office space allocation and layout.
Managing office supplies and equipment.
Co-ordinating with the IT department to resolve technical issues.
Assisting with event planning and implementation.
Contributing to the development and implementation of facilities management policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Facilities Co-ordinator should have:
A qualification in facilities management or a related field or relevant experience
Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent organisational and co-ordination skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.
What's on Offer
An estimated salary range of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
