I am currently recruiting for a F&B Manager to join this boutique hotel set in Worcestershire. My client is looking for F&B Manager to oversee the restaurants and their operations across the hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning hotel.
About the position
Responsible for a smooth running of the restaurant & bar outlets
Create and implement weekly activities in the restaurant and bar
Drive staff training to the highest level
Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
Assume responsibility of the operations, stock takes and financial results
The successful candidate
Will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotels
A strong understanding of operations, forecasting and budgets
A high level of customer service
Experience with high volume
Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
