Exciting Opportunity – The All Age Disability Team are looking to recruit 2x Social Workers for a 6 month period. Regular supervision is provided, which will be from one of the 4 Assistant Team Managers or myself as the Team Manager. The strength of the Disability Team is the strong culture of peer support, which would be available to any new workers in the team.

In the main we are looking for experienced practitioners to work with adults in line with the Social Services and Wellbeing Wales Act (2014). We would consider 1 of the posts for newly qualified workers. We are looking for drivers. The post holders will be based in Crown Buildings, under a hybrid working policy, working with adults with a diagnosed disability. Mileage to and from visits will be paid at .45p per mile.

You must have:

A professional qualification in social work

Social Work England registration.

Post qualified experience.

Enhanced DBS/Update service.

References required for the last 5 years of employment.
