About the Role:As a Drama Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring students to explore their creativity, develop their communication skills, and cultivate a deep appreciation for the dramatic arts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering engaging and innovative drama lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that challenges and nurtures students of all abilities.
- Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and tailoring instruction to individual needs.
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to enrich the school's broader cultural and artistic offerings.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Drama or a related field.
