The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of social media communications within the Executive Communications team. This role is an important and integral role for the team as it will support the delivery of various communication initiatives related to the delivery of the executive strategy.

In this role you will:

  • LinkedIn account management and development, specifically for leaders
  • Governance and Impact Measurement of HSBC’s social media activities
  • Collaboration and coordination of different teams to ensure a cohesive social media strategy
  • Helping to take the bank’s LinkedIn leader presence to the next level 
  • Requirements

    To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong expertise in, and experience of, effectively using LinkedIn and other social media in a corporate setting, either in-house or at a PR agency
  • Strong working experience of running LinkedIn campaigns, specifically for leaders, and understanding of how they fit within broader communications strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus
  • This role is based in London on a hybrid basis.
