Develop and execute creative menus inspired by traditional Italian flavours.
Manage kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
Previous experience in high-end dining establishments and Michelin experience are desirable for this role.

Experience in volume dining and managing large teams.
Michelin background desirable or high-end premium dining
Seafood experience essential.
