Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
Provide high-level administrative support to the senior leadership team
Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings
Prepare documentation for meetings and presentations
Act as a key point of contact both internally and externally
Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
Assist with event planning and coordination
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Undertake any other duties as required within the scope of the role
The Successful Applicant
Person Specification:
Previous experience within an executive assistant position
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
