Location: Gloucestershire

Up to £25,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for event-related queries, delivering accurate information and exceptional customer service.
  • Organize online events on designated platforms, including communicating log-in details and technical requirements to speakers.
  • Prepare and distribute delegate badges and event materials.
  • Report on event outcomes to evaluate the department's performance.
  • Enhance event success by managing on-the-day responsibilities.
  • About you:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working in an events environment, particularly with online platforms.
  • Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and personable.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and experience with mail merge functionality.
  • Previous hospitality experience is a must!
