Location: Gloucestershire
Up to £25,000
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for event-related queries, delivering accurate information and exceptional customer service.
Organize online events on designated platforms, including communicating log-in details and technical requirements to speakers.
Prepare and distribute delegate badges and event materials.
Report on event outcomes to evaluate the department's performance.
Enhance event success by managing on-the-day responsibilities.
About you:
Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
Experience working in an events environment, particularly with online platforms.
Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and personable.
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and experience with mail merge functionality.
Previous hospitality experience is a must!
