Weare looking for an experienced and proactive Event Manager to leadour Automotive clients marketing executives and agencies indelivering a variety of events including brand and marketing BTLcampaigns product and industrial events corporate events andsmallscale company conferences. The ideal candidate will ensure thetimely execution of events and provide project summaries and marketfeedbackpostevent.
Responsibilities:
- Leadmarketing executives and agencies todeliver:
- Brand/MarketingBTLcampaigns
- Productand industrialevents
- Corporateevents
- Smallscalecompanyconferences
- Coordinateand report to HQ evaluating and delivering localizedevents
- Workclosely with marketing social and influencer teams on ongoing workand IMCprojects
- Collaboratewith crossfunctional departments including product networkaftersales and backendfunctions
- Developdetailed event implementation plans based on the companys overallbrand activityplans
- Controland coordinate the implementation process of events to ensuretimely projectexecution

Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree or above in marketing automotive engineering economics orbusinessmanagement
- Morethan 5 years of related work experience in OEMs or eventagencies
- Openmindedwith a startupmindset
- Strongcommunication coordination planning and executionabilities
- Abilityto withstand pressure take initiative andinnovate
- Highlevel of proficiency inEnglish
Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, automotive engineering,economics, or business management More than 5 years of related workexperience in OEMs or event agencies Open-minded with a start-upmindset Strong communication, coordination, planning, and executionabilities Ability to withstand pressure, take initiative, andinnovate High level of proficiency in English
