Responsibilities

:
  • You will translate the global media strategy into locally nuanced briefs to guide the media agency through the planning and activation process across Europe for FPS, Action/Adventure and Lifestyle titles.

  • Partnering with relevant teams, you will deliver broad, cross regional plans, bringing data, creativity and insight into detailed local recommendations that are aligned with global strategies.

  • You have oversight of your country media plans, ensuring purchase orders are opened, monthly budget estimates are provided to Finance, line by line plan details are created, and final campaign reports are created and shared.

  • You will collaborate with Production and Localisation teams on the development of media assets for the region by advising on needs, prioritisation, and best practise creative examples by channel and country.

  • Serve and maintain partnerships with regional media platforms, testing new capabilities and opportunities, staying up to date on evolving media landscape and best practices.

  • Regional Media Expert: Provide regional media expertise and franchise expertise including in-depth knowledge of our priorities at a regional level relevant to media and be able to share up/down and across the organisation and regional agency.

  • Qualifications:

  • Experience with paid media in the region with an understanding of the planning process, the role of digital and traditional channels, and full funnel KPIs.

  • Experience building relationships with senior partners in Marketing, Creative, and Analytics roles.

  • Interest in the evolving world of data, attribution and media testing.

  • Knowledge of global regulation, you have experience operating across multiple markets.

  • Experience presenting with confidence; experience advocating for the role of media across the marketing organisation.

  • Experience across short- and long-term measurement approaches, the strategic use of first-party data, and the next generation of attribution.
