Developing Relationships with Clients for Opportunities
Full-Time Core hours are 08:30 to 17:00 but we would expect you to get to the site promptly to attend meetings as required and to ensure the Client’s expectations are met as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS
Estimating experience/Qualification within the commercial refurbishment environment.
Experience / Knowledge in Commercial Contracts desirable
Strong organisational & interpersonal skills
Comfortable working within a small yet fast paced business in a stand-alone role
Flexible and pragmatic in approach
Strong IT Skills
