Job description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced estates and facilities officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the management and maintenance of the park’s estate and facilities, ensuring that they are well-maintained, safe, and accessible to visitors.

About you:

You will have a professional qualification in a property management related discipline or significant experience.

You will have an excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation and experience of health and safety issues relating to the work of a public authority.

Experience in the practical management of public sites and buildings with a sound knowledge of relevant legislation.

Experience of contracting services including production, tendering, managing and monitoring of contracts.

Proven budget management experience.

Experience of managing and developing a portfolio of sites in a commercial environment.
