We’re looking for a EPM Finance Systems Manager to join us in Bradford

You will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems.

You will work closely with the finance teams to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and functionality of financial reporting and consolidation applications.

What will you be doing?

  • Provides day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Oracle HFM, FCC, and EPM applications.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as metadata updates, data loads, and reconciliation.
  • Perform monthly maintenance duties, testing and review
  • Perform System Administration functions e.g. unlock fx rates.
  • Assist in the monthly financial close process by ensuring timely and accurate data consolidation.
  • Responsible for the compliance of change requests in accordance with change control.
  • Performs independent analysis of complex changes and administration issues, determines accuracy of solution and recommends adjustments.
  • Assist users in consolidations and process management
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  • We tend to look for people with:

  • Experience EPM systems: preferably Oracle products including HFM, FCC & Data Management
  • Proficiency in Smart View, Essbase and Excel
  • Fundamental knowledge of programming language: eg: Visual Basic or SQL script.
  • Experience of Hyperion or Oracle Installation, Configuration and Maintenance
  • Experience in an IT service delivery environment.
  • Knowledge of support process, service desk operations & business processes
  • Understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes
  • Understanding of Primary Financial Statements: P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow
  • Understanding of control procedures and objectives
