The Environmental Team Leader position is an exciting opportunity to join a team committed to improving the local environment of Hull.
We are looking for leaders with a clear ethos of leading staff with empathy and compassion to ensure the day-to-day delivery an effective Street Cleansing service across the city, improving the quality of the local environment for residents, local businesses, and visitors to the area.
The role will provide leadership skills to our front-line teams to deliver the service tailored to meet the varying needs of the different parts of the city. Working with autonomy, in collaboration and with shared responsibility with other Environmental Team Leaders and other peers to deliver the 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service provision for the city.
