Wage: £31,350 - £47,839 per annum

Responsibilities:
* No planning (other than daily planning for the lessons as MDT planning in place) & minimal marking.
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to participate.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and contribute to the school's academic programs.
* Engage students in meaningful discussions and activities that promote critical thinking, creativity, and independent learning.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
* Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
* Passion for literature, language, and the art of teaching, with a commitment to inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
