As Engineering Services Manager, you will Lead all engineering activities and contracts to ensure the delivery of PPMs for all buildings, facilities, and utilities across the factory. This exciting new role will see you work across four sites close to each other, providing compliance expertise across the business.
You will be accountable for ensuring site compliance with legislative requirements and, in addition, owning and governing the Engineering Safe Systems of work for the site, this Is a rare but brilliant opportunity to lead the compliance piece and make your mark!
Your role will see you supporting the development of projects to optimise utility usage and support the sustainability efforts of the company to reduce its carbon footprint.
With a projected CAPEX pipeline of £10M+, you will play a pivotal role in the execution and delivery of some exciting projects, including effluent, robotics, and equipment/maintenance improvement.
Leading all contractors and third-party engineering, utility, and maintenance suppliers, you must be commercially capable and able to build strong relationships.
Your role will see you manage an Engineering Administrator and report directly to the Chief Engineer.
To be considered for this role, you’ll need to be a fully qualified Multi-skilled Engineer with relevant qualifications, have previous working experience gained in an FMCG environment, and know the importance of Continuous Improvement.
You will have experience managing financial budgets and sound knowledge and experience managing contracts and contractors.
