Your Purpose

 

We’re now looking to recruit an Engineering Planner & Scheduler to join our brilliant Operations Team at Burton Brewery.

 

This role is to provide a structured, efficient, and cost-effective approach to planning and scheduling of all engineering and autonomous maintenance tasks throughout the relevant department (Brewing).  The role should reduce the non-value-added activities of all engineers within the department, drive a high performing production facility and be a key role in defining and implementing the engineering strategy with continuous improvement driven.

About You

  • Time served engineer within a recognised apprenticeship.
  • Mechanical and Electrical competency/awareness.
  • Previous experience within Planning & Scheduling.
  • Previous Experience within Kitting & Staging Maintenance Activities.
  • Previous experience within optimising Maintenance Plans and Continuous Improvement.
  • Process orientated experience desired.
  • Experience working with a CMMS system for Maintenance Activity Recording.
