Purpose of job:
We are looking for an Associate to join our team. You will work closely with the partners of this busy department in the provision of advice to the firm’s clients.
To work, as part of a team, advising the firm’s clients on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters to include:
contracts of employment and related policies;
employment status advice;
employment aspects of corporate due diligence;
restrictive covenants and garden leave clauses;
investigations and disciplinaries;
share options and shareholder arrangements of all kinds;
TUPE;
whistleblowing;
discrimination;
sexual misconduct;
employee benefits;
working time;
advising on the terms and effect of settlement agreements;
assisting with bringing or defending cases in the Employment Tribunal; and
assisting with restrictive covenant litigation in the High Court.
