The school host students from diverse backgrounds with significant social, emotional and mental health needs. The role of Emotional Support Worker includes supporting these children and coaching them on a 1-1 basis. Day to day tasks and challenges can be difficult to approach, which makes you a crucial part of these young students developing life skills and confidence. The school has professionals on site consistently to support the pupils, as well as provide guidance to the support staff.
