As part of the Delta Education Trust, Delta Bespoke creates and manages bespoke learning packages for young people who are struggling with their current education provision. Our vision, Happiness in the Pursuit of Learning embodies our passion for creating learning and educational opportunities for students who find being in the classroom difficult.

At Delta, we really care about our pupils and their attitude towards learning. We pride ourselves on creating exciting learning environments and innovative curriculums suitable for all ages and abilities. With Delta Bespoke, pupils learn to become knowledgeable, self-aware, independent and emotionally regulated. Creating students who are happy with themselves, brave enough to cope and confident enough to make positive decisions, wherever life takes them.

Are you an enthusiastic and resilient individual, full of empathy and understanding who can bring this vision to life and make a real difference to the lives and future prospects of our young people? If so, then this role could be for you.

Your role within Delta Bespoke’s Emotional Learning team will be to support individual students with their transition on to a Delta Bespoke Education Package. We endeavour to help all our learners to feel that they matter and belong, enabling them to improve their social, emotional and academic skills to be the best that they can be.

Our Bespoke Education programmes create a unique balance between academic and emotional learning and provide opportunities for young people to develop emotionally and build the resilience and self-esteem in order to re-engage with their learning and in turn, their education.

Delta Bespoke takes great care to recruit the very best people so that the services we provide are outstanding. We believe that the best work gets done in an environment that's enjoyable and which values, supports and encourages the development of its employees. With that in mind, we support our staff in developing their skills where needed.

We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to be the first point of contact for young people as they embark on our bespoke learning programmes. The role will involve visiting students at home or school to assess their academic and emotional needs. They will build positive and trusting relationships to help encourage the child with attendance and engagement. They should have a particular interest in working with students with special educational needs, including those with behavioural, emotional and social issues.

The successful applicant will be a highly motivated and flexible individual who can form positive relationships with students with a wide range of special needs in order to make a difference.
