Our client is a leading manufacturer, with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards. Due to continued customer growth they are looking for a electrically bias Maintenance Engineer.
Role & Responsibilities:
Carried out mainly planned preventative maintenance and servicing schedules
Provide front line engineering support to all machinery
Carrying out electrical fault finding
Keep machinery working to the designed output efficiency
Complete the Call-out schedule
Regular PPM and scheduled maintenance & improvement works
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Familiarity of working on low-voltage equipment, ultra low control voltage and 3 phase equipment
Electrical Qualification- ONC/ BTEC/ HND/ C&T ect.
18th edition wiring regulations
Experience of electric and inverter motor starters, plus DC experience.
Familiarity with motor testing
PLC Program and fault finding. Ideally Allen Bradley and Siemens (S7+Logo).
Ability to fault find and repair electronic PCB’s would be advantageous.
Welding and machining would be advantageous.
