Job Description:

 We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Level 3 Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering the development of young children and creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Assess and monitor children's progress through observations and record-keeping, and use this information to inform planning and support.

Develop and implement individualized learning plans to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of each child.

Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and caregivers, providing regular updates on children's progress and development.

Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the best educational outcomes for all children.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-resourced classroom.

Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and engage in continuous professional development.

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

Proven experience working in an early years setting, ideally within the EYFS framework.

Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create a warm and welcoming learning environment.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and education.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
