If so, we invite you to join our team as an ECT (Early Career Teacher) at our welcoming schools in South London!

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamicEarly Career Teachers to inspire and educate students. The successful teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our young learners, fostering a love for learning and a strong foundation for future success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that are stimulating, interactive, and aligned with the KS1/2 Curriculum.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued, safe, and empowered to reach their full potential.
  • Utilise a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and assessment tools to meet the individual learning needs of students and promote their holistic development.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting positive behaviour management strategies and celebrating their achievements and milestones.
  • Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and contribute to the school’s ongoing improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area (PGCE or equivalent preferred).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining QTS.
  • Experience working with young children in a primary school setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, and a p assion for working with children and dedication to fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to a supportive school community.

All quoted rates are inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay.
