The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high quality care and shaping the future of our ENT department. As a valued member of our team, your key responsibilities will include collaborating effectively within the team to enhance regional ENT services. You’ll be tasked with providing expert clinical care to patients across all areas of ENT, ensuring their wellbeing and satisfaction. Taking on a leadership role, you’ll drive initiatives for service improvement and innovation, contributing to the advancement of our healthcare delivery. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and teaching undergraduate and postgraduate trainees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
