We are looking for a Duty Manager on a full-time role. Reporting directly into the Front Office Manager, this role focuses on front office and has some elements of food & beverage. 

Working pattern: 40 hours per week / working 5 days on and 2 days off / shift work

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar role in a four or five star hotel, with excellent communication and organisational skills; a proven track record of problem solving while remaining calm. Someone flexible, innovative and adaptable.

As a Duty Manager you will:

Working with the management team and Head of Departments across the hotel to support the efficient running of all departments.

Demonstrating the ability to drive business and promote all the services.

Having lobby presence to meet and greet guests with warmth and answering any queries they may have.

Supporting the Front Office team with VIP guests.
