    From £37,500 p.a. (pro-rata), depending on experience

    This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to drive the sales demand and maximise conversion across all segments of two hotels. Both properties are medium sized offering between 180 to 260 bedrooms, with modern meeting & event facilities and are popular with both corporate as well as leisure guests.

    What’s involved?
    As a Dual-site Sales Manager your duties will be varied but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth at both sites
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously enhance your knowledge of the products/services
  • Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand
  • As Dual-site Sales Manager you will have experience of sales from similar sized properties, with a strategic and proven approach to exceeding KPI’s and business development. The person will have knowledge of using a CRM (ideally ONQ), S&C and RFP system, whilst have excellent negotiation, strategic selling and account management skills.

    Please note this role is for approximately 10mths covering maternity and therefore we are looking for someone on an immediate basis who has no other commitments such as notice and the right to work in the UK.
