Drama Graduate Cover Supervisor – Oldham Secondary Schools

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising Drama lessons in the absence of the teacher, ensuring students engage with pre-set tasks.
- Managing classroom behaviour, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assisting students with practical and theoretical Drama work, supporting their creative development.
- Collaborating with the Drama department to maintain lesson continuity and student progress.
- Encouraging creativity, self-expression, and teamwork through Drama activities.
Ideal Candidate:
- A recent Drama graduate or a graduate with a related arts degree.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Confident in managing classroom behaviour and fostering a productive learning atmosphere.
- Passionate about Drama and eager to make a positive impact on students’ education.
- A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
