Job summary
An exciting opportunity hasarisen for a Board level 3-year fixed term contract open to individualscurrently working across the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care System , reporting directly to the ChiefExecutive, accountable for the co-development, delivery, and oversight of ourorganisational improvement plan. Requiredto work across the organisation and beyond, encouraging commitment,collaboration and focus on the Trusts improvement plan.
The Executive team areresponsible for the day-to-day operational delivery and performance of theTrust, with the successful candidate being a key member of the team. Required towork collaboratively with executive colleagues, across their respectiveportfolios to ensure delivery of the overall improvement plan, encouraginginnovation and improvement across all elements of the Trust.
As a non-voting Board member, produceand present papers for Board and committees, as well as contributing to suchdiscussions on all aspects of their agendas.
A key part of the role isengaging and hearing from our staff, which will require regular and frequentengagement across a range of approaches, requiring the ability to travel aroundTrust sites, both in and out of office hours, as well as ensuring that keymessages are shared, consistent with our values.
Operate flexibly to undertakeany projects as required by the Chief Executive, will participate in the executivelevel of the Trusts on call rota.
