We are seeking an experienced Director to help lead our Custody FX and Program Trading team.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the custody and FX product landscape, a proven track record in product management, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners. This is a unique opportunity to drive the growth and development of our custody FX Product offering, and to shape the future of our firm's Custody FX business.

  In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:   

Lead the custody FX Product management team in EMEA, setting the strategic direction and driving the development and execution of the product roadmap. 

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics in the custody and FX space.

Work closely with sales, trading, partners in Asset Servicing and other internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize new product opportunities, and to ensure successful product launches.

Manage the product lifecycle, including product design, development, launch and ongoing enhancement.

Collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, legal, risk and other internal stakeholders to ensure the successful sign-off of the product design, in accordance with the product approval processes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify potential client solutions, and future product innovation. 

Represent the firm at industry events and conferences and engage with industry bodies and associations.

Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends to ensure that our product offering is compliant and competitive.

 To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:   

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field

Vast working experience preferred

Track record of self-directed innovation, and a proven track record in product development.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Strong leadership and management skills preferred.

Self-starter with a high level of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm.
