Proven experience in the Defence & Security sector.

Adaptable and innovative mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation.

Expertise in one of the following disciplines:

Proficient in writing production-ready code for Frontend (React, Vue.js) and/or Backend APIs/services (Springboot, Kotlin).Understanding of architecture patterns (e.g., DDD, Microservices) and tools such as Docker, Git, and OWASP.Skilled in gathering user stories and technical requirements within an agile team.Experience partnering with architects and designers to shape solution specifications.Proficient in supporting Product to manage a backlog.Extensive automation experience and ability to architect and implement IaC and deployment pipelines.Familiar with tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and CNCF tools.Leadership experience in multi-disciplinary agile teams to design and build digital products.Knowledge of CI/CD, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.Expertise in leading diverse and inclusive teams.Experience in architecting secure, cloud-based (AWS) applications, including CI/CD.Familiar with Zero Trust Architecture, SBD, OWASP, NIST, CIS, and NCSC baselines.Strong foundation across the cybersecurity technology stack.

Prior experience working in agile delivery teams.

Familiarity with the GDS Service Manual.
