What you'll do
You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
You will be responsible for assisting the Deputy Restaurant Manager within The Barn restaurant, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
You'll also be responsible for the welfare and moral of the team, whilst managing and delivering an effective training and development program.

You will develop an outstanding knowledge of the food and beverage options within The Barn, in order to communicate this with guests and the team.
