As one of the leading law firms in the defendant personal injury field, my client is looking to further add to its expert offering by recruiting a litigator with up to 3 years of experience handling a varied caseload of EL/PL work (mainly from a retail perspective). This role will involve dealing with all aspects of litigation frommencement to resolution (including pre-litigation matters).My client is looking to speak with candidates who have experience of defending fast-track claims (this is an essential requirement for the position). Although experience of defending low value EL/PL claims is preferable, it is not essential. As the vast majority of claims that the successful candidate will work on are within the retail sector, experience of previous legal work within that sector is preferable but not essential.This role is based in my client’s Bradford office, which is verymutable and within walking distance of Bradford City Centre.
