About the Role

; You will be responsible for processing large data files. You will do this through our internal products and returning the results to our Customers within set deadlines. They will be required to cleanse data files to ensure they provide the best results and services for our Customers.
 

Responsibilities
 

  • Processing large data files through internal systems and ensure deadlines are met

  • Cleansing large data files to ensure they meet the requirements to yield the best results from our products

  • Creating projects on our internal systems and ensure information is captured accurately

  • Sending files securely to Customers and ensure invoices are created correctly

  • Engaging with and support key stakeholders from across the business

  • Engaging with Customers to ensure expectations are being met

  • Learning and apply new software to improve processes


  • Requirements
     

  • Be curious and keen to learn and develop new ideas, skills and knowledge

  • Have experience and knowledge of MS Office products (especially Excel)

  • Demonstrate effective conversational skills, including active listening and questioning

  • Develop co-operative working relationships within the team and wider business

  • Show desire to learn new software where it can improve processes

  • Show desire to learn their role to expert level and be a trusted representative of their area
