We are looking for a MS Dynamics365 Support Analyst to join our D365 delivery Team in London. Youwill be responsible for the daytoday management of support andmaintenance of the groups Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsERP environment ensuring internal stakeholders needs are met in atimely and effective manner.
Aboutyou:
The ideal candidate will havethe following:
- Experience working withMicrosoft Dynamics 365 for Finance andOperations.
- Strong accounting experience andknowledge.
- ERP experience and knowledge inFinance functional areas.
- Desirable ERPexperience with Supply Chain and HumanResources.
- Full development lifecycleexperience including requirements capture analysis design testingdocumentation maintenance and configurationmanagement.
- Preferable experience in thepharmaceuticals or other international supplychain or distributionrelated industry.
- Excellent team player andcommunicator with the ability to create collaborative relationshipswith business stakeholders at alllevels.
- Fluent inEnglish.
- Qualification in relevant academicsubjects
About therole:
Your daytodayresponsibilities will include:
- Provideenduser support for business systemrelated support tickets andtriage cases for escalation to the 3rd party serviceprovider.
- Collaborate with business key usersto support system configuration data setup and maintenanceactivities.
- Document business requirements andcapture requests for changes andenhancements.
- Offer guidance and training toendusers as needed contributing to the preparation of user guidesfor training and issue resolution.
- Supportdelivery activities by creating necessary change control documentsand testing changes before deployment. Assist technical teams inD365 system analysis troubleshooting andconfiguration.
- Participate in data managementactivities with relevant data owners andstakeholders.
- Ensure ongoing compliance withComputer System Validationguidelines.
