RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the client’s product onboarding experience, adoption, and expansion across a range of relationships.
Act as the customers’ trusted guide through their entire post-sales journey, influencing the product roadmap and improvements based on their needs.
Develop strong partnerships and become a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, channel partners, and executive sponsors to drive product adoption.
Advise customers on platform adoption and best practices deployment using various tools.
Coach customers on establishing and implementing their Network Security change management, governance, and center of excellence programs.
Identify and escalate risks and issues to the customer and Support team to ensure client success.
Monitor customer satisfaction, renewal rates, product upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and other key performance metrics to build strategic plans addressing negative trends.
Proactively engage Customer Support and Engineering to monitor and resolve complex technical issues.
Deliver Executive Business Reviews (Quarterly Services Review) with the support and involvement of the Account Team.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Fluent German
Experience in account management, customer success, consulting, or similar roles related to driving customer success and adoption.
Background in technical support and/or professional services within the high-tech industry.
Experience with SaaS solutions or enterprise software companies.
Strong consulting and project management skills.
Ability to identify key customer stakeholders and build relationships independently.
Experience working with Cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) or in cybersecurity.
