About the role
We are partnering with our client to find a Customer Service Officer to join their supportive and stable team environment in their Sandgate location. In this role you will be required to provide customer service both in person and over the phone, doing some internal and external sales, looking at stock transfers and organising contractor transport for the product.
Responsibilities
Customer service:
Process data into SAP
Deliver a high level of customer service
Answer customer calls and respond to emails professionally and efficiently
Process customer orders
Process customer returns/credits
Coordinate deliveries
Assist Despatch in processing driver paperwork
Process special Made To Order product (MTO) orders
Ensure safety, health and environmental standards are maintained
Requirements
High attention to detail
Work under dead lines
have a "can do attitude" and to be able to work with a team
Effective communication skills
Ability to always operate in a friendly and professional manner
Willingness to be part of a dynamic team
Ability to prioritise and think on your feet
Demonstrated high level computer skills
SAP experience is desirable
