JOB DESCRIPTION We're looking for you! QuickSTAT Global Life Science Logistics a Kuehne+Nagel company is seeking a new addition to join our International team.

Your Role

As a Customer Service Agent you will aid and assist clients in all phases of consignment preparation.Handle and monitor Client activities ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.Handle and monitor live network activities ensuring adherence to agreed rate structures and pricing policies.Collaborate with all other departments to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Processing of consignment orders from clients via email, telephone and via Quick’s online booking portal Quickonline, (which includes routing, classifying of service type, establishing a deadline and printing the job order.
  • Managing the green light approval process for consignments destined to non EU destinations.
  • To assist in providing clients with continuous status notifications and performing the necessary follow-up’s (which includes relaying details pertaining to flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, additional charges, resolutions, etc).
  • Monitoring and actioning of client emails via the shared mailbox’s.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Calculating and arranging the positioning of suitable temperature controlled packaging & logger supplies.
  • Tracking and tracing consignments and providing the client with status updates throughout transit. Process client’s daily reports and manifests.
  • Your Skills and Experiences

  • Customer Services Experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport.
  • Excellent understanding of World Geography.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the various temperature controlled packaging solutions available on the open market to forwarders.
  • Knowledge of country specific rules and regulations relating to the Importation and Exportation of pharmaceutical products.
  • Awareness of time zones for different regions. Understanding of transit milestones (COB/POD etc)
