Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our Loughborough based client. The ideal candidate will have office-based customer service experience and will be confident liaising with customer and third parties via the phone and email. This is a great opportunity to join a leading company who can offer long term support and progression.

Salary:  £25,000

Working Hours:  Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30

Customer Service Advisor - The Role 

  • Liaise via email and telephone with customers, clients and third parties 
  • Liaise with garages to arrange repairs and MOTs 
  • Schedule appointments 
  • Provide excellent customer service 
  • Answer incoming calls promptly 
  • Communicate clearly with other departments to resolve issues in a timely manner 

  • Customer Service Advisor - The Candidate 

  • Professional telephone manner 
  • Experience in an office based customer service position.
  • Customer service experience 
  • Excellent IT skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail
