You should be comfortableusing and learning new CRM software and be able to work calmlyunder pressure in a fast pacedenvironment.


Inthis key role your duties will include handling customer telephoneand email enquiries ensuring all email queries are responded towithin 24 hours accurately recording sensitive and confidentialinformation on client CRM system rational problem solving underpressure assisting with various office tasks asneeded.


Workinghours are 9am to 5pm Monday toFriday.

Office basedposition.

Car driver required due tocompanylocation.
