What will I be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?

Deal effectively & efficiently with all Customer Service related requests primarily via the inbound phone channel but when necessary via QMS/e-mail/webchat & taking responsibility for processing each query through to a satisfactory conclusion

Work closely with other areas of the business, maintaining & developing collaborative relationships to support our customers

Develop your product knowledge so you can help customers with technical queries

Keep informed on marketing and promotional activity

Keep records of all conversations & transactions on our in house system

Undertake additional Customer Service related business activities including dealing with 1st line complaints
