ONGOING TEMP CONTRACT - CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN - LEEDS CENTRE - 23400 PER ANNUM - PAID WEEKLY VIA AGENCY
A large transportpany based in Leeds Centre is working with Hays Business Support to recruit a number of Customer Service Administrators to join the team ASAP.
The role will be ongoing whilst they monitor demand during peak season and the performance of the individuals.
Salary - 23400 per annum
Hours - Monday to Friday -
Full-time office based - Leeds Centre
The office has recently refurbed and very user-friendly with plenty of open space.
As a Customer service administrator, you will sit with the wider Customer Service team to support all elements of customer service.
The main duties will include:
The individual must be able to have good attention to detail to make sure information is logged correctly. You will get two full weeks of training prior to starting in the live role.
No holidays can be taken during this period because of the influx of workload (odd days are OK).
