I am working with an SME business based in BD4 who are going through a period of growth.

They are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent basis to join the team ASAP.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Processing and taking orders - online and on the phone
  • Overseeing emails thate into the sales inbox
  • Updating and maintaining customer records
  • Liaise with customers on deliveries
  • Dealing with customerplaints and queries
  • Work with internal stakeholders to provide excellent customer service
  • Arrange credits for customers if required
  • General admin support
  • They are offering apetitive salary of £25k per annum.
    The role is fully based in the office.

    Mon - Thurs - -
    Fri - -

    This is a small office environment where everyone works together to support the team and get tasks done. They are looking for someone to join the team who is a team player and strives to achieve an end goal.
