Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:
You will be part of the team that provides a remarkable service to customers, your key objective will be to establish relationships, identify opportunity and maximize customer retention
Responsible for managing all aspects of the customer experience for a base of circa 250 business customers
Supporting your customer base and exceeding their expectations.
Identifying and creating opportunities that benefit your customers
Attending customer visits for account reviews
Gathering referrals from existing customers and converting those leads to new business customers
Retaining existing customers
Handling both incoming and outgoing customer sales and service calls
What the employer is looking for:
2 years + Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management experience
Telecoms experience would be beneficial but not essential
Excellent communication skills
A proactive, positive attitude
Office 365 knowledge competency
Someone who thrives in fast paced environments and can easily adapt to change
Proactive approach and ability to bring new ideas to the team
Ability to forge lasting relationships with customers and partners
Good time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
