  • Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of the team that provides a remarkable service to customers, your key objective will be to establish relationships, identify opportunity and maximize customer retention

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the customer experience for a base of circa 250 business customers

  • Supporting your customer base and exceeding their expectations.

  • Identifying and creating opportunities that benefit your customers

  • Attending customer visits for account reviews

  • Gathering referrals from existing customers and converting those leads to new business customers

  • Retaining existing customers

  • Handling both incoming and outgoing customer sales and service calls

  • What the employer is looking for:

  • 2 years + Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management experience

  • Telecoms experience would be beneficial but not essential

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A proactive, positive attitude

  • Office 365 knowledge competency

  • Someone who thrives in fast paced environments and can easily adapt to change

  • Proactive approach and ability to bring new ideas to the team

  • Ability to forge lasting relationships with customers and partners

  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
