Joining a growing cruise sales specialist, this is your chance to utilise your cruise industry knowledge, sales and customer service skills in a role which offers:
A competitive basic salary & uncapped earning potential
A great work/life balance - no Sundays (Mar - Dec) and Saturdays until 5.30pm on a rota basis
No late nights - shifts finish at either 5.30pm or 7pm

Role of Cruise Sales Consultant:
Responding to cruise sales enquiries from new and repeat customers
Selling a wide selling of ocean and river cruises
Tailor-making cruise holidays by adding flights, hotel stays and land tours
Delivering exceptional levels of customer service, encouraging repeat customers and building your own customer database
Achieving sales, conversion, and productivity targets
Using your personal travel and cruise knowledge and experience to ensure your customers find the right product and experience their perfect cruise holiday!
Skills required for the role:
A high level of customer care and sales experience gained within the cruise sector - essential
Passion and enthusiasm for cruising, personal cruise experience is an advantage
Experience of using online cruise booking tools
Pro-active and motivated approach to sales
Customer focused with excellent attention to detail
