Responsibilities:
Holistic Management Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive management strategies that optimise crop performance.
Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance to Crop technicians, ensuring effective collaboration with customers.
Team Development: Foster and develop your own team of agronomists, including Crop technicians and fellow Agronomists.
Carbon Reduction: Develop cutting-edge farmgate advice to reduce carbon emissions within the agricultural food system.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor Crop technicians as they progress in their designated areas.
Leadership Pathway: Cultivate efficiency and foster a leadership pathway for team members.
Requirements:
