Crewing Co-ordinator
A leading and well-established specialist marine / underwater / diving consultancy have an immediate requirement for an experience Crewing Co-ordinator to join them at their offices in Aberdeen.

Location: Aberdeen, AB11 5BY
Salary: Circa £40,000 – £45,000 benefits
As Crewing Coordinator, you will be first point of contact for all offshore personnel.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Monitor Crewing inbox and action as required
* Maintain availability listing for crew
* Become familiar with the crew standard qualifications and competences
* Check/verify crew qualifications and competences
* Process new crew applications
* Mobilise and demobilise all personnel as requested by Managers
* Arranging and advise crew of mobilisation details, including travel or accommodation
* Ensure offshore personnel’s certification is valid
* Ensure that all crew are engaged in accordance with company procedures and processes
* Tracking of crew and contractor days
* Source and book training courses as requested
* Process monthly crew payroll
* Process crew expense claims
* Manage crew payroll/expense queries
* General Administration duties
* Undertake on-call and emergency response duties as and when required (rota system)
It is essential you have previous experience in a similar role.
