Job Description
We are seeking a Part Time Credit Controller to join a team in Crawley
You will be responsible for managing the credit control process
Ensuring timely payments
minimising bad debts
Conduct telemarketing activities to follow up on outstanding payments
Monitor accounts payable and reconcile discrepancies
Utilise accounting software to track financial transactions and update records
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Analyse financial data to identify trends and potential risks
Perform data entry tasks to input payment details accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues promptly
Provide excellent customer service while adhering to phone etiquette standards
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in credit control or a similar role within the financial services industry
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
May be working towards an accountancy degree
