Requirements:-
Chasing debt by telephone and email and reducing debtor days.
Liaising with our legal team when necessary.
Collection of monthly and quarterly commercial & residential rents, service charges and insurance invoices.
Manage all legal and debt recovery administration.
Production of arrears reports.
Reconciling accounts, refunding credit balances.
Liaising with solicitors, insolvency practitioners and Bailiffs.01702 567 302
