Job Role; Credit Control Team Leader.

Are you the type of person that likes to lead by example – working a part of team to get results – whilst at the same time leading by example? If so then our Client is looking for a Credit Control Team Leader who can do just that!

WHAT YOU GET AS THE CREDIT CONTROL TEAM LEADER;

  • Annual Salary of c £32, PLUS an Annual Bonus of 10%
  • Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home – after probation

  • THE ROLE OF THE CREDIT CONTROL TEAM LEADER;

    Will report to the Credit Control Team Leader and will provide day to day support in overseeing a team of Credit Controllers – this will include;

  • Assisting with training
  • Assist with planning of work load – assisting with escalated Credit Control issues
  • Performance Reporting
  • You will then work as part of the team across;

  • Daily Banking and Reconciliations
  • Query Management and Resolution across the Suspense Account
  • Key Client – Credit Control via Telephone and Email
  • Agreeign Client Plans to recover the Debt
