The Creative Lead will work with a dynamic team of designers, copywriter, and multimedia specialists to develop innovative and compelling visual and written content. Working closely with the Content Manager, this role involves managing the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, and delivering impactful campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
Due to the nature of the role you will be required to work on site at Bicester Village 4 days a week.

What you will be doing
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:
Leadership and Inspiration
- Motivate and inspire a team of creatives to use and develop their talents effectively, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Work with the Content Manager to oversee the daily operations of the creative team, including all output of tasks and project assignments reflect the brand identity.
Creative Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity.
Content Development
- Oversee the creation of diverse content including digital campaigns, in-village assets, social media graphics, videos, and more.
Quality Control
- Review and approve all creative outputs, ensuring they meet high standards of excellence.
What makes you special
We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:
- Experience in a creative role in in a similar industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong leadership abilities and organisational skills with the ability to receive, respond, change, and act upon critical feedback.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software.
- Exceptional creative thinker with an eye for detail, open communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of web design, UI/UX principles, and video production.
